Oluwatoyosi Owoeye

Dr. Owoeye is the vice president (research) of ARCAR Centre Inc. He is an Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at the Department of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training, Saint Louis University, Saint Louis, Missouri, United States. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Sport Injury Prevention Research Centre, University of Calgary, Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He has over 15 years of combined clinical, teaching and research experience. His research focuses on the generation and translation of knowledge that informs the prevention of sport-related injuries and consequences in youth and young adults. He has numerous peer-reviewed scientific papers published in top academic journals, including the prestigious British Journal of Sports Medicine, Journal of Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy and the Clinical Journal of Sport Medicine. He is a reviewer for over 10 high-impact journals and has been an international expert reviewer for major grants and Ph.D. thesis examinations.
